Delivery

Nothing. There is no delivery charge on any order, to any country we serve, and no minimum spend to reach first.

The price on a product page is the whole of what you pay: no line is added when you order, and none is added at the door.

We deliver to these thirteen countries, and only to these:

• Czechia
• Greece
• Hungary
• Latvia
• Lithuania
• Poland
• Portugal
• Romania
• Slovakia
• Slovenia
• Spain

Each country has its own order pages, in its own language. The pages for contact, returns, privacy and terms are also available in each of those languages.

Counted in working days, from the moment the order is confirmed:

1. The confirmation call. Usually within one working day of your order.
2. Handing over. It takes us 1–2 working days from the call to give the parcel to the courier or postal operator of your country.
3. On the road. 3–7 working days more, depending on the country.

These are estimates drawn from how the routes normally run, not guaranteed dates. If nothing has arrived 10 working days after the call, tell us and we open a trace.

Every order is confirmed by phone before anything is packed. The person who calls reads back the item, the address and the exact amount to be collected, and you can change any of it, or call the order off, right there.

If we cannot reach you at all, the order is not packed, so a wrong digit in the phone number is the commonest reason an order stalls. Mistyped it? Write to assist@pebblebazaar.com with your name and the right number.

There is no tracking box on this site. The tracking details come from us: on the call that confirms your order, or whenever you ask. Some routes have no consumer tracking at all; on those we give you the dispatch date instead.

Inside the EU and the UK, there are none. If a destination ever lies beyond them, import duty and local taxes can be charged on arrival; they are not part of our prices and are paid by whoever receives the parcel.

You have 14 days from delivery to send an unused item back, and every item carries a 24-month guarantee. The steps are on returns and the legal wording and the model form on right of withdrawal.
